3.4 When using the Company's network services, users must abide by the following principles: (1) When posting information on the Company's website or using the Company's services, you must comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulations (see the Appendix for some of the regulations). You may not produce, copy, publish or disseminate the following information on the Company's website or using the Company's services:

(a) Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution;

(b) endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;

(c) Damage to the national honour and interests;

(d) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining national unity;

(e) Undermining the State’s religious policies and promoting evil cults and feudal superstitions;

(f) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;

(g) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigating crime;

(h) Insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of others;

(i) Contains other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations.

(2) When posting information on the Company's website or using the Company's services, you must also comply with the laws of other relevant countries and regions and relevant provisions of international law.

(3) Do not use the Company’s services to engage in the following activities:

(a) Accessing a computer information network or using computer information network resources without permission;

(b) Deleting, modifying or adding computer information network functions without permission;

(c) Deleting, modifying or adding data and applications stored, processed or transmitted in a computer information network without permission;

(d) intentionally creating or spreading computer viruses or other destructive programs;

(e) Other acts that endanger the security of computer information networks.

(4) Do not interfere with the Company’s services in any way.

(5) Comply with all other rules and procedures of the Company.

4. Ownership of Content

4.1 The network services provided by the Company may include text, software, sound, pictures, videos, charts, etc. All these contents are protected by copyright, trademark and other property ownership laws.

4.2 Users may use these contents only after obtaining authorization from the Company or other relevant rights holders, and may not copy, reproduce these contents, or create derivative products related to the contents without authorization.

5. Privacy Protection

5.1 Protecting user privacy is a basic policy of the Company. The Company guarantees that it will not disclose or provide to third parties the user registration information and the non-public content stored in the Company when the user uses the network service, except in the following circumstances:
